An exact quote always depends on the property – height, accessibility, scope and the right access method vary from case to case. That's why there is no off-the-shelf quote: you describe your request briefly, ideally with photos, and receive an individual fixed-price quote.
Whether a small private area, a one-day project on a roof or facade, or a maintenance contract for multiple properties: I calculate every quote individually based on the property, the effort involved and the chosen access method – travel costs, materials and disposal costs are already included.
With scaffolding, the access technique alone can quickly cost an extra €2,000–10,000, depending on the building. I choose the most economical method for your property – usually rope access, sometimes an aerial work platform (plus a ground-based vacuum system for gutter cleaning) – and calculate it directly into the fixed price, with no separate access-technique line item.
